There are so many reasons we believe we are too old to have fun and live our lives outside of the box. We’ve been told that women should act like a lady and be seen, not heard. It’s old but still holds true for many.
As I got older, I found myself doing just the opposite. I laughed, traveled, hung out with girlfriends, crossed off some things on my list, and loved even harder. What about you? Are you finding yourself stuck?
Turning the corner from being needed to barely being called on is hard. It takes some adjusting, and many of us get stuck. We’ve put ourselves and self needs on the back burner. Let me tell you; I get it. It’s hard to press the reset button and start over.
Step Out On You
Pressing reset can be the best thing ever. When we are in our 20s we see things just as carefree, in our 30s, we start thinking about our life and it’s direction. Now, in our 40s is like girl I’m doing life! However, in our 50s… it’s lets go, I’m ready to be free from everybody else’s life.
Teach yourself how to become this uncommon woman. One who is fierce, loving, and believes she deserves to live the life she creates.
Amazing this is very open with a precise explanation of the issues. It was truly informative. Candis Stanislaw Hakon
